🔧 Step-by-Step Instructions

STEP 1: Download the App

• iOS - Apple App Store
• Android - Google Play Store

STEP 2: Create Your Account

• Use the same email you used for RAMP registration

• Tap “Create Account”

• Enter your full name (not your child’s)

• Check your email for a verification code

• Enter the code and log in

  Already registered from a previous season or another association? Skip to Step 3

STEP 3: Update Your Contact Info

• Tap the gear icon (top right)

• Go to Account Settings

• Confirm your name and cell number

• Tap “Update Account” (twice if needed)

STEP 4: Add Family Members

• Go back to Settings

• Tap “My Team Members”

• Select your player’s name

• Add emails for:

  • Your child (if they’ll use the app)

  • Yourself

  • Spouse/partner

  • Additional parents (if needed)

    Avoid adding non-parents (e.g., grandparents) until the system is better understood

STEP 5: Repeat for Each Family Member

Each person who wants access should download the app and follow Steps 1-3.
